Your points can be reclaimed against labour time for:

Points do not expire until they are used.
Time-critical packages
When you need the peace of mind that an engineer will be with you within a guaranteed timeframe, this is the option to choose or add on to your service plan.
Choose from two levels of guaranteed response:
- 4-hour response
- 8-hour response
Each package is valid for one year from date of purchase. To qualify for either of these packages, your premises must be within a 50-miles radius of our head office in Redhill, and are subject to a site survey.

What is online remote support?
On line remote support enables a fully qualified engineer to securely access your system and troubleshoot your technical problems quickly while you watch.
It's like having a support representative right by your side, no matter where you are and when you need help.
It's totally secure. Once the session has ended, the engineer will not have access to your systems.
