We offer a range of flexible contracts to suit your needs and budget:
- Bespoke service plan
Our Operations Manager will visit your site to discuss what you need and devise a customised service plan to match
- Pay-as-you-go service plan
Call whenever you need us and we’ll invoice you each time
- Time-critical package
Choose this option if you need us to be with you within a guaranteed timeframe. It can be bought as a standalone package or as an add-on to our Bespoke or Pay-as-you-go plans. Read more.
Time-critical packages
When you need the peace of mind that an engineer will be with you within a guaranteed timeframe, this is the option to choose or add on to your service plan.
Choose from two levels of guaranteed response:
- 4-hour response
- 8-hour response
Each package is valid for one year from date of purchase. To qualify for either of these packages, your premises must be within a 50-miles radius of our head office in Redhill, and are subject to a site survey.
