c. Sadly, there is no point in trying to do a back up once the computer has crashed - it's before it goes wrong that you want to make a copy of your data. Back ups need to be done daily ideally. Make sure your back up is actually running and working rather than just assuming it is and if all else fails, we can help you with disaster recovery.
