tlp also offers a point system that can be bolted on to a bespoke service plan or used to pay for ad hoc services. The tlp Points system provides various points bundles that can be redeemed at any point against labour time.
If the most important thing to you is knowing that in the event of an emergency an engineer will be at your site within a guaranteed time frame, the tlp Time critical package can be bought as a stand alone ‘insurance policy’ . Equally, the time critical package can be built into a bespoke contract or bolted onto a tlp Points bundle.
