Time critical packages are designed for those who want the peace of mind that in the event of needing an engineer on site; attendance within a certain time frame is guaranteed.

The Time Critical packages are purchased as one would home or car insurance.

Two options are available, the 4 hour response time pack or an 8 hour response time pack. Both packages last for one year from the date the pack is purchased. The packs are subject to a site survey and a 50 mile radius to the tlp Head Office.
