The tlp Points are designed to provide you with fast, easy and flexible access to IT support. Much as you would with topping up a pay as you go phone, or purchasing a text bundle, you can purchase a block of tlp Points to be redeemed at your convenience against IT support, be that the tlp On line remote support service or on site support.

There is no time frame in which the points must be used, they will only expire once they have been used. One point equates to half an hour remote support time. Please contact tlp for a more detailed breakdown of on site labour time.
